REFUND POLICY: GOOD SHEPHERD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
1. For the withdrawal of a newly admitted child at the request of the Parent during the Academic Year, only the Caution Deposit will be refunded after deducting both the first and second term fees and other dues if any.
2. If there is a withdrawal in-between the first and second terms of an Academic year or anytime during the Academic Year, the entire Academic Year’s fees will have to be remitted. No refunds will be given and TC will not be issued until entire fees due (less Caution deposit held by the school) is remitted.
3. If a student fails to report back to school after Vacation or Mid-Term break and is unwilling to continue in the School, full Academic year’s fees will have to be paid and fees will not be refunded on a prorata basis. TC will not be issued until such fees have been paid in full.
4. In the eventuality of a child being dismissed / withdrawn from school on disciplinary grounds, the fees deposited for the entire academic year will be forfeited by the parents. Only the caution deposit minus the other financial dues will be refunded.
